Penske Truck Leasing announced today that they have been utilizing Vocollect Voice since 2012 to complete maintenance process for the companies 266,000 vehicle fleet. Penske partnered with Vitech Business Group to create a voice-directed preventive maintenance solution that would reduce error rates and increase productivity, while increasing worker satisfaction for the inspection workers.

Vitech worked alongside Penske to implement voice in hundreds of locations for thousands of users, and continues to support the solution and provide enhancements to further drive the value Penske receives from voice.
